Letter from Father Driscoll: Archdiocesan Annual Appeal 2022

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Praised be Jesus Christ! It is my hope that this letter finds you doing well. Even with all the challenges of the past two years we all have so much for which to be
thankful to God — our faith, our parish, our country. Things are getting better!!!
I write to again invite you to join me in our parish effort to meet our Archdiocesan Annual Appeal goal. For 2022, our goal is:
$89232
Thank you to those who have already contributed! And thank you to everyone who helped last year.
We exceeded our 2021 goal by $1,128.93! Any amount over the goal comes back to us!
Some programs receiving support from the AAA are:
- Parish and Youth and Young Adult Ministries
- Communications
- Schools and Students
- Faith Formation
- Student Enrichment and Tuition Assistance
- Marriage and Family Life
- Clergy Support
- Vocation Promotion and Seminarian support
- Deacons
- Priests' Education Fund
- Restorative Justice Efforts
- Prison, Hospital and other Chaplaincies
- The Office of Human Life and Dignity
- Ethnic Ministries
As many of you already know, the Archdiocesan Annual Appeal (AAA) helps provide the financial resources necessary to fund programs and services to help those who are poor, vulnerable, marginalized and disenfranchised. It also supports other services as administered through the Archdiocese.
One Percent club is back! I have again joined the “One Percent club” ($891 for 2022) and I invite you to join me. Some parishioners have been able to contribute much more than 1% but, again, any amount makes a real difference. It is the love with which we give that is the measure of generosity.
Here is a good challenge: Let us meet our 2021 goal by April 25!
You can make a *one-time gift *by cash or check or credit card. *You can make a monthly pledge or *donate online or *donate stocks, bonds or mutual funds. (Please see the enclosed flyer for details). Your donation is tax deductible and will be acknowledged by the Archdiocese of San Francisco.
We can reach our goal by April 25 if everyone responds now and as best they can. Holy Mary, Saint Joseph, Saint Veronica, Saint Francis of Assisi pray for us! God Bless you!
In Jesus and Mary,
